Hyperlink provides fully managed hosting services to a number of leading businesses within Australia. We manage and support every piece of client equipment we have within our Data Centre on a 24x7 basis.

In the event of any problem at any time of the day or night, Hyperlink's technical team will be aware of the problem, will respond to it (and you if required), and will take the necessary steps to rectify the problem.

Your servers are located within a set of dedicated racks in the Hyperlink carrier-grade Data Centre.

To transfer your existing services over to us, we will create a migration plan for your hardware and ensure it is supported by extensive experience, process and procedures that ensure a seamless transition.

Single Point of Accountability

A primary advantage of utilising Hyperlink to host your infrastructure, manage the network, and manage the environment is that it provides the single point of responsibility and accountability for you to deal with. We believe that this provides you with significant benefits in terms of managing through any issues as they arise and in ensuring the Service Level Agreement is being fulfilled.

From Hyperlink's perspective, we believe that this single point of accountability is the most effective way to manage our service commitment to our clients.

Our network, application and server specialists are all located in close proximity to the hardware. In the event of any problem they can readily identify the source of the issue and work as a team to rectify it immediately.

Every aspect of Hyperlink's response will be governed by a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) to provide you with confidence as it entrusts this infrastructure to Hyperlink:

  • Hyperlink has no hesitation in providing a strict SLA to cover every aspect of your services. We are confident of our capabilities having delivered on them on numerous occasions.
  • Our aim is to make the provision of this service transparent to your employees. That is, to eliminate as many problems as we can proactively and to act quickly and accurately when a problem is identified.

Hyperlink will provide you with an account manager, who is your point of accountability. To support the account manager there is a 24x7 technical support team, who adhere to strict service level assurances for response times.

Our capability to deliver the solution is outstanding. Our customer support teams are highly trained and experienced in IT hardware and operating systems support, as well as network administration. Our facilities are world class and support many other organisations mission critical systems.

HELP DESK SUPPORT - Hyperlink will also provide a level of Help Desk email support service as agreed. We can provide a multilevel helpdesk to the client, which includes a 1300 number, and on-line ticket system. An agreed level of alerts to nominated client staff will be provided, which may be by phone, email or sms, depending on the degree of the alert, and the preferences indicated by you.
